Conveniently make an appointment with us via phone, email or facebook. We will come at a time suitable for you.
Kindly place your need-to-iron items in a plastic bag or refuse bag prior to visit. All laundry must be pre-washed as we provide an ironing service only. We will have laundry bags with us if you can't find anything suitable.
We will weigh your belongings with our scales and calculate the cost. This is the price to pay, no hidden extras or add-ons. As long as you are satisfied we will write you a receipt and arrange a delivery time with in the next 48 hours convenient to you.
THE HARD WORK
Let us work our magic. If you have a busy lifestyle or simply don't like ironing, we are perfect for you. We treat your items with the same love and respect we would treat our own. Iron.Mighty will take our time to de-crease your clothes and give them a professional finish you will expect.
Items are returned on hangers with clear garment covers as standard or neatly folded if you prefer. We trust you will be happy with the results. Payment can be cash or cheque and we can except debit/credit card payments including contactless via our handheld device.

All items will be returned on hangers and protected by clear garment covers as standard, we include this in our pricing. However, we do ask our customers to recycle these back to us the next time we come to collect a load from you. This helps keep our costs down and helps drive a quality service to our customers. Hangers and covers that become tatty or are broken can be discarded and replaced.
If a 24 hour return is required, please request during appointment stage. We will of course try our best to make this happen for you but is subject to our work load and schedule.
Any soiled, stained or damaged items will not be processed and will be returned un-touched along with the rest of your order to avoid any misunderstanding between us.
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or lost in transit, we are fully covered by public liability insurance.
